 Call for new Secretary for White City Residents Association - serving from May to Sept 2026 Open Meeting  Wed 20th May at 7pm i ncludes election of the Secretary for the WCRA Committee.  This key role involves: Taking Part: attend Committee meetings (monthly) and Open meetings (bi-monthly) Taking Minutes: with support of AI software and share them before the next meeting Setting Agenda: work with Chair and Vice-Chair to set the Agenda, with input from Committee Inviting Speakers: invite speakers to Open meetings on behalf of the Committee Tracking Actions: follow up actions between meetings to update all & minutes at next meeting Managing Communications: manage the email list and Committee communications Sharing Information: keep Committee members informed of key matters between meetings We estimate that it will take 8-12 hours a month (2-3 a week) including attending the meetings.
